BD 50 Portable Line Boring Machine Ready for the UK

Another BD 50 Portable Line Boring Machine is now ready to leave our factory. This time, the destination is the United Kingdom.

We have completed the production of one BD 50 for our UK customer. The machine has gone through its final checks and packing preparations. The shipping process will start soon.

Every machine we build has its own destination and its own job waiting for it. This BD 50 will be used for portable machining and repair work in the UK.

Built for On-Site Repair

The BD 50 is made for repairs that cannot wait for a workshop.

Worn holes can be bored directly on the equipment. Bore welding can also be carried out on site when extra material is needed before final machining.

This means large parts do not need to be removed and transported for every repair. The machine comes to the job instead.

That can make a big difference when working with heavy construction or industrial equipment.

A 50 mm Bar for Larger Repairs

The BD 50 uses a 50 mm bar shaft. This gives the machine a solid base for larger boring jobs.

Its current machining range covers 52 mm to 500 mm for boring operations. The in-hole welding range also reaches 52 mm to 500 mm.

This wide range makes the BD 50 useful for many types of repair work. Excavators, loaders, agricultural machines, and industrial equipment can all benefit from this type of field repair.

Servo Control for Better Machining

The BD 50 is powered by a 750 Watt servo motor with a rated speed of 2000 RPM.

The rotation system offers speed adjustment from 1 to 174 RPM. This gives the operator control over the cutting speed during different jobs.

The feed system uses a 400 Watt AC servo motor. Feed speed can be adjusted from 0.05 mm to 95 mm.

This level of control is useful when working with different materials and bore sizes.

The machine also has a 230 mm stroke, giving enough travel for many common field repair jobs.

Packed and Ready for the UK

The BD 50 will be shipped in two boxes.
