We have completed the production of one BD 40 Portable Line Boring Machine for our customer in Namibia.
The machine is now packed and the shipping process has officially started.
This unit was prepared based on the customer’s field repair needs.
It will be used for on-site boring and welding operations without removing heavy parts.
In many cases, transporting large equipment is not practical.

It can perform boring operations from 42 mm up to 400 mm.
For welding, the working range also reaches up to 400 mm.
This makes it suitable for common repair jobs in construction and industrial equipment.
The servo system controls both rotation and feed movement.
This helps maintain stable speed and consistent machining quality.

The compact structure of the BD 40 makes it easy to transport and install.
Even in tight areas, alignment can be done quickly.
The 230 mm stroke provides enough travel for most repair tasks.

Packing and Shipment Details
The machine has been prepared in two separate boxes for safe transport.
• Box 1: 75 × 120 × 85 cm – 180 kg
• Box 2: 24 × 240 × 20 cm – 40 kg
This packaging ensures safe handling during international shipment and easier loading on site.
